Peace and Hope is Coming...

On May 14, 1948, one of the most significant miracles of the 20th century occurred when the nation of Israel was reborn. The rebirth of Israel after not existing for almost 1,900 years is a reminder that God is moving history closer to its completion. The key events of history are not about man’s accomplishments but about God’s plan of rescuing humanity to become all that God intended; to regain what was lost when our original parents rebelled against God. This series takes a look at God’s plan for the future as He revealed it to the prophet Daniel, and the further details that Jesus later revealed. Biblical prophecy is like a history of the future.

 

The episodes of Peace and Hope look at the various aspects of God’s plan. Each episode corresponds to the same chapter number in the book Peace and Hope is Coming. The episodes with two parts were two teaching sessions that were combined into one chapter in the book. Each episode contains the audio recording along with the visuals that were presented at Crossroads Community Church in Bend, Oregon during the 2006-07 school year.

 

Please don’t let the fact that these messages were originally delivered in 2006-07 keep you from considering the truth in them. Certainly, some of the current event illustrations are dated but the Biblical information transcends the passage of time. While all 28 chapter/episodes are important to help give one a full picture of things to come, there are four episodes which I recommend that give a summary overview of God’s revealed plan.

• Episode 17 A look at the details of the last half of the final seven years from Revelation chapters 8-19

• Episode 8, A warning from God, seeing the handwriting on the wall

The material contained in these episodes or copies is not to be sold.  A word about the audio quality--the original messages were recorded on cassette tape and the quality varies due to the recording variations. Every effort was made to correct the audio but there are variations from episode to episode. There is nothing wrong with your playback device, the variation is in the original recordings.
